This one is easy! I may start getting all of our frozen fruit from Sam’s Club, it’s definitely more cost effective.
INGREDIENTS
almond milk
1 banana
frozen strawberries
frozen blueberries
frozen acai (Kroger has them, just add extra blueberries if you can’t find any)
spinach
chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all of these things in your blender and add 1/2 cup or so of ice. The end! I didn’t use a lot of spinach or more than a sprinkle of chia seeds…because taste matters.
